Prop firms are companies that can unlock trading capital that you don’t have. To do this, you must show the prop firm via a test that you are profitable. The test is called a “challenge” in prop firm language. To take a challenge, you must pay for the test with the prop firm. Depending on the prop firms, this price varies of course. In each challenge, there are two phases.Phase 1: 8% capital gains. Phase 2: 5% capital gains. Once these two phases have been validated, you are financed by the company. If you lose 5% in one day or if you lose 10% cumulatively over 1 month, you have failed the challenge. 99% of people fail this challenge.
Once an account is funded, you can withdraw the profits from your account by bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
Depending on the prop firms, this can vary from 1 day to 3 weeks.
